These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of IdeaForge (the “Service”), an online tool that helps you evaluate a business idea. The Service is operated by an individual sole proprietor (“IdeaForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IdeaForge lets you describe a business idea in a conversation with an AI advisor and then generates a scored evaluation report. The report includes an overall score from 0–100, a breakdown across ten evaluation dimensions, a verdict label, and lists of strengths and risks.
The report is generated by automated systems, including third-party large language models. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is directional guidance, not professional advice. See Section 6.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. We use passwordless sign-in: you provide an email address and we send a one-time magic link. You are responsible for maintaining access to and the security of the email account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Starting a conversation with the AI advisor is free. After an evaluation is completed, you can see a free preview that includes your overall score, a short idea summary, and your single biggest strength.
The full report — the complete ten-dimension breakdown, all strengths and risks, and the shareable, printable report — is unlocked by a one-time payment. There is no free full report.
The price to unlock one completed evaluation’s full report is USD $12.00. This is a one-time payment per report. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, LiqPay (PrivatBank). We do not receive or store your full card details. By paying, you also agree to the payment provider’s own terms. Prices may change from time to time, but any change will not affect a payment you have already made. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
The full report is a digital product that is delivered to you immediately upon unlocking. For that reason, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once the report has been unlocked.
By unlocking the report immediately after payment, you acknowledge that delivery begins at once and, to the extent any statutory withdrawal or “cooling-off” right would otherwise apply, you expressly request immediate performance and waive that right. If a report fails to generate or is not delivered due to a fault on our side, contact us at vadim.yanko@withelk.com and we will resolve it.
IdeaForge does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. The scores, verdicts, strengths, and risks in a report are AI-generated estimates that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are not a recommendation to start, fund, buy, sell, or abandon any venture.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before acting on anything in a report, do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of the ideas, descriptions, and other information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service and generating your report. You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
Your reports are intended for your own use. If you choose to share a report (for example via the built-in share links), you are responsible for who you share it with.

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and the IdeaForge name and logo — is owned by us and protected by applicable law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, you may use the report you generate for your own personal and business purposes.
The Service relies on third parties, including our payment provider (LiqPay/PrivatBank), our hosting and authentication provider (Supabase), and AI model providers. We are not responsible for those third parties’ services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any report will meet your expectations or be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any report. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim (USD $12.00).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, and 15) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
